This company has all the BPG images on the site, with no web-link to it. They use it to create view boxes for key customers, and hand deliver the view boxes to the customer via e-mail or phone.

Play:
This company is a play site, for you - framer or designer - to play with this website concept.

Bentley Publishing Group (BPG) has several web sites/web systems, the newest and most powerful is called MY.DOG.

MY.DOG stands for My Digital Online Gallery. MY.DOG means that your customers can see and search through BPG images, but will still think they are on YOUR site. You can have all, or just a few of BPG's images on the site. There is no maintenance for you, nor any significan cost.

  • In the beginning, we built our main site, an informative one.
  • Then we launched our powerful searchable image library, that thousands use today to find images. It has our name on it.
  • Then we created a second version of the image library, but with NO company name on it so our customers could send their clients there safely. We called it "Design Collection".
  • MY.DOG is the next generation of searchable sites, where we can make searchable websites for anyone, with THEIR name on it (thus the name MY.DOG). We can customized each site just for them.

Your MY.DOG site would be just like www.bentleydigital.com except that Bentley's name disappears, and your name and address (and logo) appears instead. It looks like your site. You can show all Bentley's images, or just those that you want to sell. Don't want to sell 5x7 prints? No sweat, we can make them disappear. Don't want Monet on the site? No sweat, we can "hide" all the works of any artist. And so on.
 
The best way to use "your" MY.DOG site is to put a link to it on your current web page. If you don't have a current web page, it's still quite useable. Just call us.

More features and benefits

  1. All of the images and data on the above web solutions are kept current by BPG & we add new images all the time, and delete the ones that are no longer available.
  2. Our Account Managers can assist you in all of these web solutions. You are not on your own.
  3. All of these searchable sites allow for the creation of a "light box" or custom collection of images that you or our Account Manager can create, then you can let your customer look and choose. It cuts down on search time for you. For example, you need four different horizontal 11x14 images where 700 are in stock for immediate delivery, and they can be priced at $1.25. We can create a "light box", which you access with a secret keyword created for you, that can show you all these images with just a few clicks of the mouse.
  4. You can collect images in a selection basket, and e-mail them to your clients (or to anyone) to view and choose. Your clients can do this too, for their clients.
  5. Only Bentley Publishing Group images can be on these sites.
  6. Customers can "fancy up" their MY.DOG sites, for additional cost. You'll work with our web provider, and will pay them directly for their services. Common requests are:
  • Upgrading to a fully secure shopping cart system, including credit card acceptance.
  • Adding html informative pages, like a price list (using our price codes), pictures of mouldings available, or other info pages.
  • Graphic enhancements.

This site cannot show an image with a mat and frame around it. This functionality does not exist on our site.

About our non-branded searchable site: Design Collection

www.designcollection.biz is a site that only shows art that designers would like. It doesn't show mini-prints, and doesn't show juvenile, cute, or sweet images. The purpose of this site is a safe place for our contract framers to send designers searching for art, with no worries that they will call Bentley directly. Framers can find images on this site, and send links to their customers, who can then see the same art. If you think www.designcollection.biz is for you, just start using it.
