Berc studied at the Education Academy of
Fine Arts, Istanbul, Turkey and completed his
education at the Academies Des Arts, Nice,
France and the Conservatoire Independent
De Cinema Francais, Paris, France. Berc's
paintings are as specific as photographs, and
yet as universal as a well-wrought poem.
