Jacqueline
Penney has been teaching art for
over 25 years and shares her knowledge and
techniques in a book titled “Painting Greeting
Cards In Watercolor.” This book is an illustrated
guide to making small works of art at home or
on the go and “discovering the Joy of Acrylic
Painting.”
Aaron Ashley, a member of Bentley Publishing
Group in California, reproduced over 100 of
Jacqueline’s paintings, as lithograph prints sold
to framers worldwide.
Jacqueline’s love of the ocean is always
present in her art, which feature sailboats,
sandy beaches, ocean views and warm
tropical vacations. Her award winning
paintings include a self-portrait entitled, “Me”,
that is in the National Association of Women
Artist’s permanent collection housed at the
Zimmerli Art Museum.
A native of Long Island, Jacqueline continues
to reside there in the small North Fork community
of Cutchogue, where she has renovated an
1840 barn into a distinctive home and gallery.
Jacqueline Penney is published exclusively by
Bentley Publishing Group in Walnut Creek,
California.
